      About the project: our "why" & "how"

      Dilemma_I_care! is a joint vocational education research and practice project of the Medical School Berlin (MSB) and Caritas Archdiocese of Vienna. Prof. Dr. Julia Göhler initiated and leads the project.

      The project, co-financed by the European Union*, aims to raise awareness of the existence, diversity and relevance of dilemmas in nursing practice through freely accessible online training. To support a more differentiated approach to dealing with dilemmas, a dedicated online dilemma training programme has been developed. Read more

      The research project “Dilemma_I_care!” has received a positive ethical assessment from an independent ethics committee. This means that the project complies with fundamental ethical principles. Your contribution is voluntary and completely anonymous, meaning it cannot be traced back to you personally. Participation can be discontinued at any time.

      Prof. Dr. Julia Göhler

      Professor of Health Professions Education at the Medical School Berlin – University of Applied Sciences for Health and Medicine. She initiated “Dilemma_I_care!” and is responsible for the scientific and organisational management of the project.
